2026 Chevrolet Trax LT

This is my 3rd suv to purchase from Jeff and his team. Great experience. We couldn’t find a 24 that fit my needs so they kept me in the loop on when 25’s would be available and got me one of those with options I really wanted. Throughout the months they communicated regularly and well, keeping me updated and building relationship. Franco was great to work with.

I recently purchased a used GMC Sierra AT4 from Sam Pack’s Five Star Chevrolet, and the entire experience was top-notch. This is an update to my last review which was not so positive. I purchased a car from this dealer and it took them 151 days to get my title and plates to me. The only reason I left a 1 star review before was because of the lack of communication between the dealer and I. I had no idea what was going on and was being given no info until about 4 months in. I finally got to talk to a wonderful lady named Tonya Foreman, and she was absolutely amazing. She finally filled me in on the issue that was happening with the DMV and the first person to show me it wasn’t anything the dealer did wrong. She was in constant contact with the DMV and updated me almost weekly to help me track the progress of the issue. The dealer was willing financially compensate me for some of my headache and frustration, as well as they refunded my TTL fees without me even asking. Overall the car is great, and if I had better communication from the start this review would’ve been 5 stars. They dropped the ball but recovered well, just unfortunate how long it took them.
