Alberto & Billy Shaw took care of us & all I can say is that their service was outstanding! Alberto was both knowledgeable about the 4 different models we test drove. Bob's collision center was amazing. Dealing with insurance and getting my truck over to Bob's was a hassle but once it got there, it was fast. Bernard M. was the one helping me and did a phenomenal job. He was very responsive and kept me updated the whole time. Very professional and friendly. Thanks again Bernard.
