Overall excellent experience at this dealership. Salesmen John Romack made the car buying process easy and enjoyable. He was down to earth, great to communicate with and easy to come to an understanding on my expectations when buying a vehicle. John and the team at Balise Chevy really did an excellent job from the minute I walked in the door to when I drove off in my new truck a short time later. On top of this, I shopped around at 3 different dealerships and even looked at an identical truck. The pricing and service from Balise was significantly better than the other dealership I visited. Balise Chevrolet of Warwick did a great job of finding me a vehicle that matches my needs and budget. From the moment I walked in, Mo greeted me with professionalism and great customer service. He listened to my needs and got me exactly what I was looking for. When it came to the financing JP also did an awesome job with getting what I needed in my monthly budget. JP handled all the paperwork and took his time in helping me understand everything. He was very professional and courteous. Throughout the whole sale, I never felt pressured or rushed. I recently purchased a new vehicle from Balise Chevy in Warwick. As a young female it can be difficult or intimidating to go car shopping but I am fortunate that my dad has been in the industry for several years and has taught me one or two of his tricks! I walked in solely based on an email that the dealership had been sending me requesting to purchase my 2018 Chevy Equinox. I no longer had that vehicle but had a 2023 that if a good deal came along I would be opened to the trade. At the start of my search Mo greeted me with a warm, welcoming smile. He pulled up several different cars for me to take out for test drives. Unfortunately, nothing was working in my budget or if it did it wasn't a car I was willing to downgrade to from my current 2023. A week went by and I decided to return to the dealership, and I am so glad I did. Mo was able to pull up a car that met every single want, and need that I asked for. The GM that was on this night somehow waved a magic wand because he got a lesser number then my original quote. We did the deal! The financial process was a bit concerning for me as I have had horrible luck on my previous purchase but JB really new what he was doing, stopped to answer my questions, and ensured that I was knowledgable about what I was signing. All of this to say if you are thinking of purchasing a new car or just want to explore know you are in great hands at Balise Chevy! P.S Mo you get an extra shout out for sitting on the phone with On Star for 1+ hours to get my car activated!
