Dana was awesome to deal with. She was knowledgeable and reasonable and not high pressure at all. In short, an excellent sales person. It took quite a while to get through financing as there were several people in line in front of me and only one person waiting. However, I guess that's sort of to be expected on the Saturday night before Easter when its also the last day of the 1st quarter.
