I recently made a 3 hour trip to purchase a used truck from Mann Chevrolet and had a great experience! Ashley was great to work with and he was very helpful. The buying process was smooth and I was not pressured into anything. Everyone I met had a great attitude. I would highly recommend buying from Mann Chevrolet. I have been wanting a certain color/ model Cadillac for awhile now and knew I didn’t want to settle. The combination of bright white exterior and cream interior in the XT5 Cadillac was not so easy to find, and when I did the price was ridiculous. I found exactly what I was looking for sitting at a restaurant with dealer plates. I realized if it had dealer plates it must come from a lot and possibly available. I took another drive by and saw the “Mann Chevrolet” sticker on the bumper. I called the very next morning and was so surprised it was available AND priced within my budget! I went later that day drove the car for like 10 minutes just before they closed for the evening and knew it was my car. The entire transaction was done by 11:30 the following day! David Walker was such a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, easygoing and so accommodating! No pressure whatsoever! Rob Outhouse, the finance manager was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the finance rates and options. I have never had a transaction go more smoothly before. It was easy, hassle-free and I enjoyed the process with these gentleman. If you’re looking, it is worth the drive to Delphi for the experience and expertise alone. They work with you until they know you are 100% satisfied with not only the purchase but also with any future service you might need !
