Awesome people! Went to look at a GMC Sierra 1500 today and left with one! Gerald in sales has been great and Sales Manager Terry closed the deal! Traded in my RAM 1500 and couldn’t be happier - would buy here again any time!

Bill and his team assisted my wife and I in our car buying experience and it was easy, friendly, and fair. I have been impressed with the entire team, and not once felt the way you feel on other car lots. Every one of my needs in a vehicle was matched and I was grateful for the expertise of the staff.

Long story short: 5-stars and recommend 10/10, I’ve purchased 2 vehicles here now. And I won’t hesitate to come back for our next one. Long story long: Firstly my bad experience at a different dealership for comparison…I went to a different dealership this morning to get a ‘23 Colorado, only to find out after driving 45 minutes to get there, it had a bait-and-switch $1000 markup that was not advertised in their online price. Of course they explain it was part of some “benefits package” that they put on all their cars, which is fine if people want to pay for those things, but if it’s standard and non-negotiable then it should be included in all advertised prices. The sales manager was very condescending, trying to guilt trip me on the markup saying even if they discounted it, I would still receive the associated benefits, which I tried to explain I was not looking to get something I wasn’t paying for, but I also didn’t want to pay for something I never wanted to begin with. On my way home I stopped by Bill Carone Chevrolet. It was not my first stop of the day only because the truck they had in stock was a higher trim level and thus naturally advertised for slightly more than the truck I originally went to buy elsewhere. Firstly, I was happy to see no bait-and-switch markups on the window sticker. Terry Futrell came out to greet me and probably within less than an hour, he had sold me more truck for less money than the original dealership (even before their silly mark-up I mentioned earlier). All financials were fully transparent, and with zero back and forth haggling I had 100% confidence that I was being given their absolute best deal. All I had to do was come back an hour or so later when the truck was finished being prepped and sign the final papers. Terry even contacted my insurance company to set everything up for the new truck.
