Great experience start to finish. I emailed a request for a particular vehicle they had on the lot and received all the information I had requested within the hour. Other dealerships took several emails and phone calls and still didn't provide the information I had requested, very annoying. Sales manager Russ and his salesman Dwayne were very easy to work with and made the buying process smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Budget was a big concern for me, but Lori and the team got me taken care of at the price point I needed. While all options and potential add-ons were explained thoroughly, I didn't feel pressured to include any with my purchase. This was probably the best car purchasing experience we’ve ever had with a dealer. Dwayne, our salesman, helped us at every step as we weighed our options for buying a Bolt and wrestled with whether to get a new or a used one. No hard sell—just informative and helpful. His manager Russel (I think that was his name) was accommodating, rearranging things to fit our schedule. We got a good deal, and this is my favorite car ever. Tommy took our money with a smile! The guy who detailed it did a lovely job. Everyone was good humored and pleasant. Would definitely shop there again.
