The parts department is the best. The guys that run the counter and the cashiers are super friendly. The parts counter guys have been doing this a long time and know their stuff. Don't ask about the 8.3 duramax because their isn't one yet!

Quick and easy process. Especially since I went through my bank for the auto loan. Don Bailey was my dealer during this purchase, and he was very personable. I enjoyed speaking with him. I went in having an idea of what I wanted. Unfortunately, it wasn't in their lot when I originally visited, but honestly, none of the dealerships had the 2024 All New Traverse. I had to wait about a week for the car to be delivered, but the car was worth the wait. It's beautiful, rides like a dream. For just getting the car in the lot, Don was already familiar with quite a few of its features, which really showed that he was eager to learn more about it in order to help me. Overall, great experience!
