Quick and friendly service. No appointment required - first come, first serve. I watched while sitting in line and some of the service workers appear to check and/or double check the work before they finish. I appreciate that everyone in the shop appears to be happy working there and not ticked off that there is a long line of customers waiting. The guy in the office came out with his tablet and registered everyone while waiting in line to save time.

Good looking dealership. Very clean. I just stopped in to charge my rental car. They just charged me for free. Their charge station wasn't working outside so they charged me from one of their repair bays. Super nice folks. If I was in the market for a car and I lived near Clinton Illinois, I would give them first chance to sell me a car. Super clean service bay. Thanks Baum for getting me enough juice to get to my son in Bloomington. Decatur Illinois has nothing for charging a vehicle. So ????

I can't thank Cassie in the service department enough for helping me with the repairs to my work truck. Not only did Cassie listen to my concerns for the repairs about my work vehicle, but she was able to help me get back to work providing me with a loaner vehicle. The best part is the loaner vehichle almost exactly what I was used to driving. Cassie has kept me in the loop on the repairs with the vehicle and makes me confident I will continue to put my trust in Baum for my service needs!
