They never missed a beat when I needed to change the deal about three times in as many days. When all was done and time to move from trade in to the new 3500 Duramax in the middle of a snow storm, they were extremely helpful getting both inside and helping with the transfer.

They did the oil change in good time, got me straight in. They found i needed two air filters but consulted me before going ahead. They are thorough.

Ryan Eichstadt was great to work with. I live in North Dakota and 95% of the paperwork was done online through email. He even had my new truck delivered to my location at no extra charge and I only had to sign 2 pieces of paper when my truck was delivered.
