Andrea and Ivan were very personable and professional, I LOVE my 2020 Silverado Trail Boss!! My only complaint is that I should have been made aware of the amount of my trade in before the paperwork was printed (I'm sure I could've gotten more at auction). Overall it was a great experience and I will have all my service done there.
