2026 Chevrolet Trax LT

Ok. So Mike Terry Chevrolet has shifted. I gave them a very apprehensive 3rd chance, but I was very pleasantly surprised. New management and staff who actually know what they are doing. Friendly and concerned about the customer's needs and making sure their experience is positive. I can't say enough about Robert Joe, my salesman. He is young and up and coming, knowledgeable, and considerate. In my opinion, is the best salesperson there. You interested in a new or used vehicle? Ask for Robert Joe. You won't be disappointed. Management is awesome...namely Jalen Gonzales. He is the sales manager who knows how to treat a customer and will do everything possible to get you to where you want to be. Overall, my experience was completely wonderful. I can't gush enough about the folks at Mike Terry. They have me for life.

I will not fill this review with many filler words and keep it short and to the point. I went in with not a lot of hope of finding a good deal to make a purchase on the spot. Jalen and Emily went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! Jalen and his sales team are ready to go above and beyond to meet the customer's needs and wants. They will listen and work diligently to deliver on those expectations.
