Service rep was nice. E. Torres, if I remembered correctly. He was respectful and kept me in the loop on what service technician recommended for my inspection. The only issue I have is that there is a 3% service fee for using a credit card. This is not new but just an inconvenience because people nowadays don't carry lots of cash on them and using debit card is not as secure.
