Sam was great. Super knowledgeable on the SUV we wanted, offered a test drive right away, was really respectful of our time ( car shopping with a baby! ), and helped us seal the deal on the best car for our family. She was pleasant, professional, and maintained open communication throughout the entire process. Also super appreciated teaching us some of the new buttons on the car and getting our phones all connected appropriately before we left (I hate that part of having to do it on my own!). We appreciate the experience, Sam, and LOVE our new Tahoe!!!

Recently purchased a new vehicle earlier this month from Ricart Chevy. We showed up on a Sunday and were immediately helped by Melvin and had a test drive. We wanted a specific vehicle which was ordered and came in a little over a week later. The entire process was very easy and smooth. Melvin was so nice and helpful. It’s been about 3-4 weeks with my new car and it has been great!

Randomly came into the dealer with a flat and Cody helped me out right before close. If you want a service manager that is extremely responsive then ask for Cody. I have had two nails in my C8 tires and he has gotten me in when I was available both times on short notice. Treats the customer like it's his car.
