2026 Chevrolet Trax LT

I purchased a new Chevy Equinox here on March 26th and it was such a smoother process than it used to be at other dealers I've bought from in the past! Nick literally did every bit of footwork necessary to get my old car appraised and everything transferred to my new one. The most I did that day was move from a lobby chair to a chair in the financing office! Did I mention they got me a deal that cost me far less than I was expecting?!?

Traveled from Lawton area, and mostly glad I did. I have been looking for that "unicorn" Tacoma. Finally found it. Anthony and Emily were friendly, not pushy, and knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable. I'm not giving 5 stars because I traded in my Honda, and on the return trip home realized I left my sunglasses in the storage in the Honda. My mistake, but every attempt to contact them about the sunglasses has been met with radio silence, while before the sale they were very responsive. Disappointing because everything up to this point was what I look for in a car buying experience. This just tarnishes the overall transaction and makes me reluctant to recommend. ETA: contacted by Anthony and he has agreed to send my sunglasses. Will update review once received. 2nd ETA: Got my sunglasses and updated review.

My situation was a bit challenging but somehow they still made my car buying experience so fast and easy. I felt thoroughly informed every step of the way. Marte was great. Thank you guys again!
