2026 Chevrolet Trax 2RS

The entire process was AMAZING! From first contact to leaving with our new car. Jerry was understanding with us living 2 hrs away, checked availability and ensured it made sense for us to drive there. The next day Bobby contacted me first thing in the morning to ask questions and understand what I was looking for. He wanted to make sure he was ready for us and maximize the time we had. Bobby was transparent, honest and understanding. I never felt pressure or anxiety. The entire process was comfortable and effortless. I left felling excited and confident with my decision, NO buyers remorse. Chris was friendly and quick with paperwork. She explained all documents well and was able to answer all my questions. I'd like to start out this well deserved 5 star review by stating that I did not like the idea of going into a car dealership... not a fan of the sales guys & their pushy managers... I had a terrible awful experience years ago that left the worst taste in my mouth for car shopping/buying. Like real bad, you guys! That being said... SEAN, MIKE & THE REST OF THIS TEAM absolutely changed my mind & restored faith for the good guys. I went in nervous & questionable & came out a confident new Kia owner! The experience was comfortable, the team was personable, no one was pushy or used sales tactics just to grab a sale & Sean was beyond knowledgable on the vehicles. I am so happy that I came to Emich, I can't say that enough. I needed something bigger than my car for my lifestyle & I proudly leased a new Sorento SX Prestige - my Great Dane Cleo loves it, mission accomplished! My paddle board bags (2) fit in the 3rd row/cargo area with plenty of space left over for groceries, traveling items, emergency supplies, etc. Sean taught me how to use my new car & its features before releasing me into the wild with it. I also asked him if I ever ran into future questions if I could text them & ask & he assured me to never hesitate to do so! Talk about a family experience.
