Colt was an excellent and professional salesman. He allowed me time to think about my purchase without pushing me into in anything. He was kind, and polite and was willing to wait on my husband for hour and half to come back to the car lot. He treated my 9yr old grandson with kindness as well and made him feel like he was just as important as we were. Colt was willing to talk with his manager about anything extra that we asked about. Our Suburban decided to kill its transmission as we were driving through for the Eclipse. Luckily we were able to make it to Central. We showed up with no appointment on a day the service department was short staffed. Valerie took time to get a code diagnostic and start a plan towards getting the needed repairs. She told us there was a good chance the car wouldn’t be seen until the next day. However a tech was able to get the vehicle in and diagnosed the same day. Not only that but Valerie spent an hour and a half on the phone with the warranty company on our behalf. At the end of it all our new transmission was ordered Tuesday afternoon and the car was fixed by Thursday. Communication was top notch and Valerie and team went above and beyond to get us fixed and out. On a side note we had to rent a car from their sister dealership, and it was flawless as well.
