We had a miscommunication during the deal. Normally, dealerships will stick to their guns and never admit wrongdoing. This one was different. They took the hit and stood on their promise. Excellent and enjoyable experience! My direct salesman was a joy to work with and explained everything concerning the purchase in great detail. The sales manager worked with my requests in securing favorable finance terms and the paperwork was organized in order to facilitate the signing of the contracts! The sales manager also worked with my request to transfer certain installed items from my trade-in to the new purchase and the service department was excellent in notifying me how long the process would take and performed the maintenance in a professional and courteous manner! The entire dealership should be commended! It was a great experience and I would gladly purchase there again!
