Honestly, I never thought I would ever shop at Auto Nation after a horrible experience we had years ago at their Honda Division. We stopped in at the Chevrolet Division just to look at a model that was hard to find and we only wanted to drive the car. We never had any intention of doing business again with Auto Nation. It wasn't until we were doing the test drive and our salesman (Tallen) was really laid back and very knowledgeable. He really made it a no pressure experience which we did not have in our previous experience. Tallen and Bill (Commercial Sales Consultant) teamed up to take care of us through the entire process. We purchased the new car and were very impressed with how much they were will to negotiate to make the deal work for us. We have a few issues with our new car but the dealership really stepped up to once again take care of us. We live a couple hours away from the Spokane Valley and they have sent a driver with a loaner any time we've needed something taken care of. Every time we turned to the Sales Team and now the Service Team, they really worked hard to make our experience truly contrast from our previous experience. I've bought a lot of vehicles over the years and I've never been treated the good.

I came across a used vehicle on their site that was very interesting, and reached out via phone to ask some questions about it. The sales representative, Phebe, was very nice as well as helpful, answering any questions I had on the phone. Anything that she was not able to answer immediately, she followed up promptly via email or text with the information. When I came to visit the dealership to further look at the vehicle, all the staff were very quick to assist and personable. During the buying process, the sales staff and the business manager explained the different forms and terms in a easy-to-understand way. Since purchasing the vehicle, they have been very good about any issues that have come up post-purchase. Would very much recommend!
