Once again, my experience with this service department was incredible. From the first communication with the accommodating, friendly and helpful Dana to the shock and awe over the incredible detail job. I had a concern that something was wrong in the front end of my truck... It was investigated and found to be nothing more than road noise from wear on my aggressive tires. Knowing I have honest mechanics provides such peace of mind!! Customer service like what Dana provided just isn't a thing anymore. Very happy client!

I was in NEED of a car, and everyone at Towne was so helpful. They told me the ins and outs of the cars I wanted to look at and answered all of the many questions I had. They were very helpful and didn't push me to do anything fast or steer me away from what i was looking for.
