2026 Chevrolet Trax 2RS

We came to look at a used car. It was what we wanted and I feel we had a fair negotiation. While waiting we also looked at a new Traverse and were able to make a deal on it. We came home with two cars that we are pleased with and had a good experience at the dealership.

I was shocked. I was mad and frustrated that my def warning system was going to start reducing my speed in 50 miles. Headed to Pittsburg, I called Nick in service. Since this was a diesel emissions fluid (def) issue Nick said they would get me right in. Diagnostic reader was attached under my dash while truck was still in parking lot. Code read: temperature sensor bad. Within 10 minutes truck was pulled into the shop, and a tech confirmed that wires were tight and code was correct. They had the temperature sensor in stock. Nick explained exactly what was wrong and they had the part to fix it AND that part was specifically covered under an extended 10 warranty! Bam. Installed, no cost, in and out under 1 hour.
