I finally found a dealership with a stress free environment. Other dealerships have salesmen that practice a pressured environment which turns me off from trusting any kind of deal they offer me. Chase Chevrolet, especially Ernie Rodriguez, was the exact opposite. I was presented a no pressure offer for far less than expected and I myself couldn’t say no to it. I found my favorite dealership!

Nicholas Ely in the service department is so amazing, he’s thorough and efficient and explains things in a way I’d understand (not a car girl, gf!) he goes above and beyond and updated me anytime something happened with my car, and trust me I know my car caused headaches. Definitely ask for him if you need help!

I had thought that I knew what I wanted but after seeing inventory and talking to Chip I was able to adjust and trade-in and purchase my new vehicle. I went in with brand new 2018 Chevy Equinox I got from Chase with 40 miles off the lot in Dec 2018, and left with a new 2024 Chevy Blazer with 12 miles on it. Another Great Purchase and Experience!
