While traveling through Cody, Wyoming, on summer vacation, my rental vehicle got a flat tire. I discovered the flat as I was passing Denny Menholt Buick (what amazing luck!!!). I stopped at the dealership's service department where I was promptly and professionally assisted by John. He told me he would get my tire fixed and would quickly get me back on the road. Unfortunately, he soon discovered that the tire was damaged beyond repair, so he installed the spare tire, and gave me detailed suggestions about getting a replacement tire. He did all of this without charging me a cent. What a great guy... and what an outstanding Buick dealership!!! I highly recommend!!!
