My family purchased 2 vehicles about a week apart from Merle. Both times we had the pleasure of working with Alex Leon who is probably the most genuine salesman I have dealt with at a dealership. He was always polite, upbeat and never pushy. He gave us what he called the "VIP" experience which is why I needed up buying my Tahoe. I had actually visited other dealerships but in the end I chose Merle. A couple of days after I purchased the Tahoe, my mats came in. Gilbert and Alex were kind enough to unbox the mats and install them for me (Thank you!!). Definitely recommend this dealership and I hope others are able to experience such a positive car buying experience.
