My experience at Castle Chevrolet of Villa park 12/22/23 was beyond what I expected. Especially since I didn’t have any appointment. Me and my wife was a walk in. We were met by sales associate Steve Lore who was awesome at making our experience comfortable and welcoming. He was very patient and helpful. He was also experienced in his profession. He and his staff worked out miracles for me and my wife and we ended up with the car we desired and wanted. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone who is looking for great customer service. Had no problems with service advisor or the service itself. Service advisor was friendly. Would like to see the oil change special come back for customers who purchased their vehicle at Castle Chevy. Note: The service advisor did honor the old price as I told him I was not aware that perk had changed.
