I just wanted to thank Patrick & Bryon for the best automobile purchasing experience I’ve ever had. This is from a person who is 52 and has had many experiences at many different dealerships. The most professional & welcoming dealers I’ve been to. I consider these guys my friends. I even was lucky enough to have Patrick break out his guitar and play a couple riffs for me. They sell some of the best vehicles but the experience is what is going to make me come back again. Special shout out to Kenny at the service department who treats your truck like it’s his own.

I am a 25 year customer of Buzz Chew Southampton- having purchased a Suburban and two Escalades over the years. Still have the suburban (with nearly 300k miles) and an Escalade. But this review is about the people at Buzz Chew~ this is a fabulous crew of people and because of them I remain loyal. Not that long ago I considered purchasing another brand vehicle and visited several dealerships- and during that time as I compared experiences with what I knew at Buzz Chew, buying another brand became only a brief consideration. Brian and his team go above and beyond the minute you step foot in his dealership~ they are friendly and attentive. But let’s be frank, a true measure of excellence is the service department. You may spend a few days in the sales department deciding, but once you purchase, routine service for performance and longevity will likely have you visiting service several times a year for a few years ~ this team is extraordinary. At the frontlines of the service department are Kenny, Dan and Chris ~ and though Kenny is my go to guy (from coordinating service appts to road side emergencies) and I can’t rave about him enough , all (including Bruce) have been there to provide excellent customer service. Excellent vehicles, Excellent service, Excellent people!

Daniel Kropp always handle's my service appointments and I would not use any other Chevy dealer other than Buzz Chew. I drove down from Jonesport Maine because I know the quality of service at Buzzies. During the service they found 2 issues , one with my diesel , and also a frayed fan belt, this is so important to me because sometimes you can drive 40 miles without civilization and AAA takes days to pick up the car as you hoof it LOL and hope as you hitchhike someone picks you up . When its time for a new car I`m driving down from Jonesport Maine to make the purchase at Buzzies! Thank you Buzz Chew for all the years of caring and exceptional service.
