My experience at Victory Chevy in Savannah was fantastic! I worked with Caleb to purchase a used Tesla Model 3, and I couldn't be happier with how everything went. The team was incredibly honest and helpful, never pressuring me into anything. It was refreshing to deal with such good-hearted individuals who genuinely cared about my satisfaction. The paperwork process was smooth and efficient, and I received my title in the mail promptly with clear instructions for registration. Communication throughout the entire process was prompt and clear, which made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend Victory Chevy to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Their honesty, helpfulness, and efficiency truly set them apart. Thanks again to Caleb and the team for a wonderful car-buying experience!
I purchased a 2019 Bolt from Victory last month. Overall, extremely happy with how things went. The sales guy I talked to was friendly, helpful, and excellent at communicating pre- and post-sale on everything I needed to know about the car. I came from out of state to pick the car up, and it was charged and ready to rock when I arrived. There was a small issue with the car which the dealership took care of no questions asked. The sales process was transparent, and with the new EV rebate being figured out at the beginning of the year they were happy to go to some extra lengths to make sure I was comfortable with the process. I qualified for and received the check for the rebate and the out of state title transfer went through just fine. The only reason I can't give them five stars is actually not due to any person I ever personally talked to, but the owner(s) of the business. According to some research I did (I contacted SafePoint to ask about the devices, and spoke with a couple people at the dealership), there is a GPS tracker installed on all their cars, which I was told they *would not* remove. I was told this was NOT optional and that the dealership owner requires this. No one who I asked spoke favorably about the product when asked. Thankfully, they reduced the price of the car by the amount the device cost (I have removed the device, took 5 minutes), but I will say now that this is a very slimy business practice. This device COULD be removed and reused on other fleet vehicles if it were truly an inventory protection thing, but it's just an obvious cash grab. To all the staff at Victory: THANK YOU so much for a great experience. To the owner(s)/whoever is pushing this device on your customers: These tactics are very transparently beneficial only to you and not to your employees or customers. Do better.
So far so good. After a good month or more of internet shopping you would be surprised how many dealers won’t call you back. Victory has been spot on getting me the information I needed. Tracy me sales specialist has been excellent. UPDATE I bought the car on 1/24/24 and flew into Kansas City a week later. Tracy met me at the airport with the car. 5 STAR from start to finish.
