AWESOME SERVICE DEPT! Found ourselves traveling across country in our new 2024 GMC 3500HD ultimate Sierra Denali towing our 5th wheel when we lost trailer brake connection. Found out that the Trailer Brake controller module was at fault. Contacted our home dealership Service dept. (Jamie) @Coughlin Chevrolet/GMC who connected & setup an emergency service visit with Conklin Chevrolet who stepped up and replaced faulty part quickly so we could continue on our Journey west. The service folks were so kind and helpful and went way out of their way to help us when other dealers failed to do so. Hats off to the service director Chuck and his team of real professionals.

Great place to buy a car from! Big dealership with a family size dealership feel. Matt was super helpful and made our buying experience really easy. Javier was super helpful with financing and very knowledgeable about additional protection packages! Will definitely be going back!
