Went in for an oil change for my 2019 Equinox. Left with a new 2024 Colorado! The sales experience and process went smoothly. Received good trade allowance for Equinox. Appreciate help received with OnStar and app transfer and also received info on how to receive missing reward points. my experience was awesome with Butler Chevrolet in the service department. Brittany made the process super easy from start to finish got all my stuff covered and she updated me throughout the whole service. Highly recommend her if you go to Butler Chevrolet. Not at this particular dealer, but I have had bad service reps and Brittany is definitely not one of them definitely going to start servicing my vehicle at Butler Chevrolet even though it’s a little little bit further drive it’s worth it. They get you in and out, when everybody else was backed up
