Thank you to Jen, Ryan, Chris, Shay and the rest of the crew for a wonderful experience. Jen had the keys ready for us to look at the vehicles. Ryan made sure that we knew everything about the Jeeps that we were inquiring about. Chris made the loan process easy and Shay made sure that we were taken care of before we left. All stayed late even after closing to make sure that our vehicles were cleaned out, paperwork completed and that we had full tanks of fuel. We will be back when our kids are looking for a new ride. I had such a wonderful experience with Lithia. Starting with my online inquiry Presly contacted me asap via phone and a follow up text.
