My Equinox broke down on the side of the road, not too far away from Volume Chevrolet. We were able to get it towed over to service for diagnostic to see what was going on with it. Kasey and the service team of Volume Chevrolet were great. He communicated to me everything that was going on with the vehicle and kept me up to date on the service and repairs. Although the repair cost was pricey, the vehicle was ready when we were told it would be, which was great. So far, the vehicle is running like it should, and we appreciate the great service!
