We had an appointment and went to this dealership on Saturday to look at a 2022 Mitsubishi outlander SEL. It has been a long time since I have been to an auto dealership to service my car. I tend to stay away due to a perception that their prices will be higher than other auto shops. But I recently had to have my truck serviced at Chevrolet Buick GMC of Murfreesboro and was pleasantly surprised by the cost. It was lower than I imagine it would be. And the service was much more personal than anticipated. Next time my truck needs service that is where I will go. They have a new happy client. Steven the Service Advisor was great to work w/ as well.
Went in kind of knowing what we wanted. JD came out and greeted us. My wife and I were ready for the “normal car dealer experience”. Pressure, upselling, blah blah…. After talking for a minute JD brought us in and just started asking questions. Why are we buying, what option are must have versus nice to haves etc…. He ended up pulling around a Silverado Trail Boss with all the right options. Ended up buying the truck. Never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Dealt with Shawn in the finance office. Normally where they start trying to sell you the extra warranty products. He asked we declined and that was it. Easily the best car buying experience we have had, period.
