As soon as I pulled up, Brayden ( please forgive me if I did not spell your name right) did not bum rush me... he just asked if there was any way that he could help me. I explained to him why I was there and he said to give him a minute and he would find someone that could help me and before I knew it he found a gentleman named Zach, which was very knowledgeable of what I was asking for and was very pleasant and very professional! The facility is clean everyone has a smile on their face ! I highly recommend if you are in the market to purchase a vehicle or at least a vehicle, definitely without a doubt consider coming here first!

Came to Bill Hood looking for an SUV for my momma this past weekend. We worked with Bill Chaucer our salesman and Brad Pitt the Sales Manager. The experience from the time we pulled up until the time we left was "Top Class". There was zero pressure on saying yes to the car. As a matter of fact my mom wanted to pray and think about it after we came to an agreed upon price. They even said if someone came after us and was interested they give us first dibs! We ended up calling back and told them we wanted it. They detailed it and filled it up for her. Even said they would fill it up again when she picks up her tag! First class service. Definitely would use them again.

I visited Bill Hood Chevrolet over the weekend to look at a car I seen online, but was told it had just been sold prior to us arriving. After leaving my contact info I moved on to other dealerships. That following Monday morning I was informed by Mr. Bill that the sell fell through and that the car was available & mine if I still wanted it. We went over to Bill Hood Chevrolet and after weeks of searching we made the purchase with Mr. Bill once everything checked out. I was excited and grateful to God that I stayed patient and let everything work itself out. Mr. Bill made the experience easy and fun.
