Nathaniel, Bill, and the Lou Bachrodt sales team have my appreciation. I flew in to Rockford from TN during a tornado warning here and a blizzard in Chicago. Nathaniel, Bill, and the sales team waited through delays and push backs into after hours on a Friday to accommodate me and offered me a great deal. They picked me up and were patient with me even though they should have been at the house!! I drove the truck home, and I couldn't be happier with it. My local guys wouldn't budge on their price with one that had more miles, this one had less and a few extras, and they worked on the final price with me offering me a great deal. Hospitiable, and good communication through and through. There will be many memories made with it. Thanks again for your patience.
