I bought a truck from Teague Chevy recently with 35,000 miles and a few months after purchase I noticed it was having issues shifting. Brandon Teague was my salesman and was awesome with helping me get my truck fixed. After sending it back to Teague they notified me that tri county ford has the equipment to diagnose the transmission and even dropped it off to them for me while I was at work and couldn’t get off. Transmission was in very bad shape and needed a rebuild. This took a few weeks to diagnose and work to be complete and during this time Brandon made sure to give me a nice rental at no cost to me until my truck was finished. Transmission was completely covered under warranty and Teague covered the $180 diagnostic charge. Brandon really took care of every step of the way and I appreciate every one up at Teague for all the help throughout this process.
