Galles is at the top of my favorite car dealerships. We had a wonderful experience having Jacob help us find our truck. He didn’t waste our time. We came in letting him know what we wanted and what we for sure didn’t want. He was very interested in making sure we were satisfied. His customer service skills are wonderful. After running some numbers(which is the hard part no car buyer likes this part!), we were a little hesitant about the monthly car payment total so Jacob called his manager over to help us work out some areas and we were happy with the results. We were there for awhile it was hard for us making a big decision but Jacob, Josh, JR and Nick were very patient and made our experience pleasant the whole time we were there. Jon Jon helped us wrap it up in the finance department. They are all wonderful employees at Galles! If you’re looking for a friendly, reliable, honest and pleasant experience come to Galles Chevrolet! We drove out of the way to come here and it was so worth is!

We came to look at the new traverse and was pleased to see they had plenty in stock. Envencio came and greeted us immediately and took my husband and I on a test drive. We fell in love with the car and decided to look at numbers and Envenvio, managers and the GM were able to get us the payments that would fit our budget! Lorenzo in finance was also very helpful!
