2026 Chevrolet Trailblazer LT

Our experience from the time we set foot on the Penske lot was top notch. Felipe greeted us and we immediately felt a connection. He was not pushy, he was polite, and he made us feel welcome. Within 10 minutes we were able to test drive a brand new Silverado trail BOSS. It was love at first shift. Felipe started the process fairly soon to get us approved for the new truck. The finance manager told us to come back in a few hours so we left and went to lunch, drove around and talked about it and came back two hours later. Even though our journey started in Huntington Beach at the Chevrolet dealer there, it ended in Cerritos when they approved us with all of our requests and standards. It was a deal that only God could have made. The lady at Finance was very welcoming and efficient. And even though we were maxed out at our monthly payment, she managed to win a rock paper scissors competition with me and was able to add on the extra security measures for the truck. It was all in all a very positive and low-key fun experience. In my 42 years of life, I didn’t think I would ever say that, especially at a car dealership. Our new Chevy Silverado is our very first brand new car and we could not be more excited and grateful for the experience we had at Penske with Felipe, the finance manager, sorry forgot your name, and the beautiful human who helped us sign all our papers and beat me fair and square at paper rock scissors.
