We had driven 3-hours south to get my truck. It had just been brought to the lot, had not been made ready or inspected. Elias met us, was very courteous, professional, and efficient. He was able to usher my truck through the make-ready process, get the multi-point check done, and get us through financing quickly and painlessly. Thank to Elias and the staff at Classic Elite for a very good car-buying experience. My next new truck will come from Classic Elite.

My son and I had a great experience buying a car with Alexis and Alfred. Alexis was very helpful, he listened to our wants and put us in the vehicle we came for. There was no hassling us or wasting our time on other vehicles. We got what we came for and was out of there in no time. Alfred completed our paperwork with ease and explained everything we needed to know about our new car. Alexis even helped my son set up the on star before we left. I definitely recommend Classic Elite for a great car buying experience.

Very satisfied with service great people Very attentive. Jose Vidal was our sales rep very polite willing to do anything to make a good deal happen. The manger was very polite. We purchased a new 2024 black out edition Traverse very nice vehicle. The only issue we had was the sound from music was horrible. It has no bass or sound hardly coming from the rear speakers everything is from the front. Long story short. We had the dealer look into the issue the conclusion was that the other chicles sound the same way it’s a GM issue. I went ahead picked up the vehicle disappointed did my own research. My personal conclusion GM pits speakers in the vehicles that look like they belong on power wheels vehicle. I ordered a set of new speakers on 8/20/2024 from powerbass OE fit installed them it was a huge difference. The original OEM speaker in the rear door back magnet is size of 50cent piece. Next will be the front speakers I’m sure they are also horrible. Keep in mind this has nothing to do with Bose sound system that’s an extra 7-9k more. For the next trim up.
