I rarely write reviews, but I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience with this dealership—and especially working with Steve. From start to finish, I genuinely felt cared for. They stayed well past closing to make sure everything was completed so I could take my new car home that night, never once rushing me or making me feel like an inconvenience, even though it was getting late. Since I didn’t expect to come home with a new car that evening, I had to move car seats, strollers, and a ton of other items out of the car I traded in. It was overwhelming, especially since it was late and I hated keeping them past closing, but Steve was unbelievably patient, kind, and understanding the entire time. I had been car shopping for over a month and dealt with multiple dealers and salespeople—you can just tell when someone is genuine, and Steve truly was. He’s a down-to-earth guy, and it’s rare to find that in this industry. His compassion, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond meant more to me than he probably realizes.
