The days of pressure are gone! It was easy to look at a vehicle, test drive it, ask questions and yet still consider other options. There was follow up contact, but it was helpful and comfortable discussion. The paperwork remains a bit onerous, but that is with any type of financial arrangement. I know I can go to the dealership with any questions going forward. All staff were helpful and pleasant and Maci made things stress free, especially since we were going to try electric!
