Communication was great, and they made it super easy to take care of approvals and even payment electronically by phone. This is definitely our new regular shop. It’s important to have a good mechanic who isn’t trying to rip you off by doing anything that isn’t actually needed (the way a lot of dealership maintenance works out), and as part of the vehicle inspection here they actually test fluids and inspect filters and belts to know whether they need to be replaced rather than just doing it because of mileage. Gateway did exactly this for me and the cost of the service was even less than I was quoted in the estimate. Very satisfied with the care received.

Awesome experience. My 1986 Toyota had a rod knock. They got an engine in it within 2 weeks!!! They went above and beyond!!!! Super Satisfied customer here!!!! Great customer service.
