I had the great pleasure of buying a car from Nich Wood. Unlikely other pushy and unpleasant dealers I had been interacting with all week, Nich and the other employees at Voss were very relaxed and helpful. They let me over the course over several visits try things out at my own pace, and didn't try to obfuscate numbers. No games or tricks, just a great car buying experience.

Best Hyundai service in Dayton/Cincinnati area I contacted them to book an appointment to check the rattling noise coming off from the rear suspension of our car. With the recent pile up of recalls for Hyundai vehicles, they couldn't find me an appointment for like 2 months or so. When I stressed them about the urgency of the problem, their service manager contacted me to schedule an early morning appointment the next week. As expected, there was something broken with the rear suspension of the car for which they needed to order parts, and eventually took care of it in a later appointment. They provided me with an excellent shuttle service during the days of appointment. To top it all, they called me a few days later to check if everything was going well with the car after service.
