I recently bought a 02 ford explorer and thought I got a great deal, however there was a bunch of hidden issues that showed them selves a shortly after. So I decided that it's time for a new car. Jim Parker was our salesman. During phone calls while we were deciding about the car, Jim was professional, responsive, and well informed about the car. He gained our trust. We flew to Milwaukee to get the car. He was kind enough to pick us up at the airport and drive us to Van Horn Hyundai of Sheboygan to complete the sale. The hour drive gave us time to get to know him, making it a pleasant experience. When we got to the dealership, he had all the paperwork organized for a quick turn over.
