I had a great experience with the sales people from Bay Ridge Hyundai ! I dealt with Eric and Jabbari and from the moment I walked into the dealership until the moment I drove off the lot they were extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable about the car I bought. Also Rohan the finance person was great to work with. Manny the tech guy was great as well and explained in detail all the features of my car . Loved my experience purchasing a vehicle from Hyundai City of Bay Ridge. Eddie, who was my sales representative, was very informative when it came to the vehicle I wanted and was able to find me the perfect trim level, which had everything I needed in a vehicle. He was able to answer all my questions and was transparent about everything. Everything was done at the dealership, which was very helpful and it was the easiest process I’ve ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Rohan was my finance manager and he was amazing as well. Explained my entire contract to me and never left anything out. This dealership is very deserving of 5 stars and I will only be purchasing my vehicles from here from now on, as well as my family and friends who I will be referring to Eddie.
