My experience was mixed, buying a vehicle was quick and easy and I got what I was looking for. Unfortunately my used vehicle did have issue soon after I got off the lot. After a few conversations the dealership was able to work with me and do the repairs for free. I would recommend this dealership but understand they are sometimes low manned and you may need to be persistent to ge things done.
The dealership definitely needs to do something to up their game in the service department area. You never know where to park your car and forget getting a real person to answer the phone! Leave a message and you get a text reply 2 weeks later! If you go there in person Christen( I think was his name) is very helpful.
Mitch was a fantastic sales rep. He was patient and worked with us from start to finish. Highly recommend him if you are looking for a new vehicle.
