I had to have my Jeep Cherokee towed to Barry Sanders after it died at a busy intersection on game day. I dealt with a very nice young man in the service department named Garrett. He was well-mannered and seemed genuinely interested in helping me. Even though it was a Saturday and not all of his staff was there, they got right on it, ran a diagnostic and determined the battery had a dead cell. They replaced the battery and got me on my way. While I was waiting, they even got the OSU game on TV in the customer lounge so my daughter and I could watch since we were missing it. I can’t say enough good things about Garrett. Customer service today is rare; good customer service is almost unheard of anymore. But Garrett provided OUTSTANDING customer service! He was professional, but pleasant and friendly. I truly appreciate his help. I live about two hours away from Stillwater, but will go back to Barry Sanders when I’m ready to buy a new vehicle, because of the excellent customer service I received.
