The service experience at this establishment was highly satisfactory. Upon arrival, the service personnel promptly attended to my vehicle and introduced me to my service advisor, Barbara Manfra. Ms. Manfra efficiently gathered my information and explained the availability of taxi services. After enjoying a refreshing cup of coffee, I proceeded to the designated area to request transportation. I completed the necessary paperwork and waited briefly for an Uber or Lyft. Approximately 20 minutes later, I received a text message from Ms. Manfra informing me that my vehicle was ready for collection. She had also located one of my phones that I had inadvertently left at the dealership. The oil change, initially estimated to take an hour, was likely completed within 30 to 40 minutes. Upon returning to the dealership, I signed the required documents and promptly departed. It is noteworthy that there was no attempt to upsell additional services or vehicles during my visit. While the overall experience was positive, there was a minor issue regarding the confirmation of warranty coverage for the oil change. However, I trust that this oversight will not adversely affect the compensation or incentives of the staff involved.
