Took my girlfriend's Sonata in for a possible extended-warranty claim on a tail light issue. Michelle was welcoming, personable, and helpful from the start. Turned out not to be the major job we thought it was going to be, but they had it resolved and got us the car back within hours of dropping it off. They also gave us a very fair break on the price, given it being a simpler fix than anticipated. Overall couldn't have been an easier experience, all things considered.
