2026 Genesis G90 3.5T E-Supercharger Auto AWD

Mostly, my husband and I had the best experience with the buying process here. The building is brand new and better than all the other buildings that Jones owns. I am a repeat buyer with the Jones family and this is the 1st time I can say I have ever been disappointed about anything. The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is because I was NEVER TOLD that my vehicle does not come with a spare tire. For $80,000 I should have been told everything about this vehicle. For this amount of money, I would have never thought to ask cause it wasn't even a thought that everything was not in this vehicle. This is a safety hazard to be riding around with no spare and no knowledge that there is no spare. At the very least, I should have been given the option to buy one; thereby alerting me that there wasn't one. I know the car is new & I wouldn't expect a tire issue so soon. However, anything is possible even with a new vehicle. Only to find out I don't have a spare. To spend this much money on a vehicle and you don't even get a spare is unacceptable. So don't worry Genesis is getting a review too and a letter and a phone call!!! Totally unhappy about this part!!! Oh yeah, how is it that my husband purchased the GV70 (less money & less luxury) and he HAS a spare tire and he didn't have to ask about it.

We recently purchased a GV80 at the new Genesis of Bel Air. It was a great experience. We loved our sales person Randy. He took the time to allow us to test drive multiple vehicles and everyone stayed after hours to finish the deal. Manager Nick was wonderful to work with , as was the stellar woman in finance. And the new Genesis dealership itself is stunning. Odd to say that buying a vehicle was fun!

My wife and I recently bought a GV70 here. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. Our salesperson Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Danyelle in the business office was great to work with when it came time to do the paperwork. The dealership is beautiful. Great experience!!! We will definitely be back to buy another vehicle.
