Another great experience here. This time Victoria was my service representative. Awesome service from drop off to pick up. There was another worker that assisted, I forgot her name but she was great as well. Andre is the man. These people care about our experience. I drive past another dealership to go to them. Great staff!!!

We loved our experience with Daniel at Genesis. We actually drove 4 hours to purchase our car from him. He was very responsive to our texts/calls/emails. We made an appointment, drove the 4 hours, and purchased our car. We had been looking for a specific car for 6 months or so and finally found one at Genesis, this is why we didn't mind the drive. We got a great deal at the price we wanted as well as got what we wanted on our trade-in. Great service without being pushy. We were in and out in 1.5 - 2 hours.

This is my second time coming here for routine maintenance. Each time, Orlando was very professional and answered all of my questions. I was able to walk-in without an appointment to get my car serviced on a Saturday and the wait time was reasonable.
